We went to Priority a few months ago, I have had a mortgage previously and have good credit however I have lower income, My partner has higher income but he had really bad credit, so we was in the position that neither of us could get a mortgage individually or together! We felt like nobody was giving us a chance, we went to several mortgage advisors who told us they could not help, Then we went to Priority and Jenna was Fantastic, she went above and beyond for us, Jenna found us a lender who was happy to lend even with all the issues on my partners file, Jenna was really organised and so helpful, she kept in touch all the way through the process even after the offer was issued .. any delays from the lender she chased and updated us quickly. I could not recommend Priority Protection more, We completed on 16th Feb and got the keys to our dream home, Massive thanks to Jenna and the team for helping this become possible!

We have been getting our life assurance policies though Priority Protection for several years now and are very happy. The consultant who went through our needs and details was very patient and explained all our questions in good detail. He was organised and always called when agreed. We will continue to use them.
